PCB Assembly is the core of Team Manufacturing’s capabilities. Our services include surface-mount and through-hole assemblies and mixed technology (a combination of surface-mount and through-hole assemblies). Team’s current PCBA abilities include the automated processing of all SMT packages including BGA’s, LGA’s, QFPs, QFN’s, Chip Scale Packages, and passives as small as 01005.
Our experienced SMT team ensures your product is manufactured to the highest quality standards. First builds pass through a thorough process when initially set up on our surface mount machines overseen by our Quality Management Team. Solder paste inspection is performed to certify good disposition is achieved on critical components such as BGA’s (ball grid arrays) or QFN’s (quad-flat no-leads), as well as automated optical inspections to validate process controls. Team is capable of consistently placing a .5-millimeter pitch BGA.
Only after the preliminary run is approved by the quality team, production is approved and released to the team to build the assembly. PCB assemblies are built to IPC-A-610 Class II or Class III. IPC certified trainers are on staff at Team to provide additional training as needed. Our current RMA return rate averages less than 1%.
Whether your product needs to be consigned, is fully turn-key or a hybrid (you supply certain components), Team has a robust ERP system to manage the visibility and design the Bill of Materials to accurately track components that need to be purchased and by whom. Team maintains on-time delivery of 98% and offers quick turn times.
Our highly qualified electronics team uses top of the line equipment to manufacture SMT assemblies with precision and utmost attention to quality. We continually invest in a growing array of equipment which gives us the ability to grow with our customers.
Our PCBA services complement our interconnect and electro-mechanical, and product lines. We have the ability to manufacture each sub-assembly then put it all together into an integrated final product.
When you're ready for higher volume runs, our partnership with East West Manufacturing offers access to a global supply chain along with a team of electrical and mechanical designers, engineers, manufacturing and logistics experts.
